WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing and <br />approved a variance to allow a cul-de-sac 957 feet in length in the Proposed Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, provide screening for the property located at <br />16919 Tiger Street, and the applicant receiving a variance to cul-de-sac length; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, 2003, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval of <br />Tiger Meadows subdivision contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated May <br />20, 30023, revised June 20, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 7, 2003, the City of Ramsey received a final plat application for <br />Tiger Meadows subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 2003, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Tiger <br />Meadows subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in conjunction with final plat review of Tiger Meadows subdivision the <br />City Council deemed it necessary to provide for a neighborhood access to Autumn Heights Park <br />from both Rabbit Street, located in Tiger Meadows Subdivision and Nutria Street, located in <br />Autumn Heights Subdivision; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the neighborhood connection will include a bituminous paved access from <br />Rabbit Street to Nutria Street and in accordance with City Staff Exhibit B dated July 18, 2003 <br />and also in accordance with final construction plans dated July 1, 2003 and revised July 31, 2003, <br />prepared by Bogart Pederson & Associates; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval to Tiger Meadows Subdivision <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 18, 2003 and <br />the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gamec and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-188 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
