Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-08-197 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR THE <br />SUBDIVISION AND CONVEYANCE OF OUTLOT B, NORTHFORK POINT <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for an Administrative Subdivision to convey Outlot B, Northfork Point Addition (the "Subject <br />Property") to adjacent property owners of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Northfork 3ra Addition; and <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Point Addition. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Code establishes that City Staff has the authority to approve <br />administrative subdivisions, the conveyance of lands between adjacent property owners without <br />platting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has approved the administrative subdivision request for Outlot B, <br />Northfork Point Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is torrens; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Registered Land Survey is required for the subdivision and <br />conveyance of torrens property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there are no park dedication, trail fees or stormwater management fees <br />associated with administrative subdivisions approved by the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has approved the subdivision and is recommending City <br />Council approval of the Registered Land Survey necessary to complete the conveyance. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves the Registered Land Survey for Outlot B, <br /> Northfork Point Addition. <br /> <br /> <br />
