1791408 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvi~ imroduced the followi~ reso}utio~ a~d moved for its ~doption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-02-054 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />16321 FERRET STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0642 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-02- adopting Findings of <br />Fact #0642 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On February 18, 2003 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Janis Day ("Permit Holder") for a home'occupation to establish a one chair hair salon <br />in the dwelling on the property generally known as 16321 Ferret Street and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 17, Block 4, Oakridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey CitY Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the estab~xsnment ano operation of a one-chair hair <br />salon on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br /> <br />
