August 20, 2003 <br /> <br />To Whom it May Concern: <br /> <br />Enclosed please find a Request for Proposal (RFP) for park concept planning services. <br />To be considered, your firm's proposal must be received at City Hall by mail, fax or e- <br />mail to myself by 5:00 p.m. on September l0th, 2003. <br /> <br />Two firms in addition to yours will be directly invited to respond to this RFP. In addition <br />to the specific requests within the RFP, each proposer should indicate both experience in <br />reconciling municipal comprehensive plans to park planning, and also be familiar with <br />Ramsey's demographics and Comprehensive Plan. ' <br /> <br />The selection criteria for this project will include the above consideration, specificity in <br />reacting to the RFP, project cost, and proposed timeline for completion for the planning <br />project.
