SELLER is the owner of certain real proper~y in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County <br />of Anoka, Stare of Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> See Attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />(the "Property"). <br /> <br /> B. Thc Property currently is improved with seven (7) residential homes located <br />thereon. Seller is in the process of acquiring the Property either by direct negotiation and or <br />eminent domain. <br /> <br /> C. SELLER desires to sell, and BUYER desires to purchase r. he Property, subject to <br />the following terms and conditions. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants made below and other good and valuable <br />considerations, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
