I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 02:12P ACCAP/CII"/ OF P.13 That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly' of the contadina of State Trunk H~'ghway No. 47 and northerly of"Line A" and its extensions described as follows: Commencing at a point on the centedine of above said State Highway No. 47 distant 1083.00 feet north of the south line of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter as measured along said centerline; thence westerly parallel with said south line of the East Half of the Nortl~west Quarter to the intersection with the west line of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter; thence northerly along said west line a distance of 757.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of said "Line A"; thence easterly parallel with the south line of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter to the centerline of said State Highway No. 47 and said line there terminating. AND That part of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter which lies southerly of the above described "Line A" and northerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 11, Block 1, SUNNY PONDS 2"D ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof; thence North 89 degrees 23 minutes 46 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the easterly extension of the south line of said Lot 11, a distance of 19.74 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 255.28 feet; a central angle of 42 degrees 13 minutes 04 seconds, a distance of 188.10 feet more or less to the intersection with the above said "Line A" and said line them terminating.
