Some of the moratoriums expired in January and some are due to expire in the coming <br />months. A map that outlines the specific parcels is attached for your review. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Several of the parcels are still considered sensitive from a planning standpoint and could affect <br />the outcome of the planning process if development were allowed to happen. Staff will provide <br />an outline of which parcels we believe should have the moratoriums continued and which should <br />be allowed to expire at the Council me~ting.
