NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES The Planning Commission noted the following City Council meeting minutes: 1) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated November 24, 1998. 2) City Council regular meeting minutes dated November 10, 1998. -ORIENTATION SESSION City Staff reviewed the operations and scope of the City's community Development Department, the role of the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. The commissioners requested copies of pertinent state statutes and the City Code table of contents.
