The Commission agreed that there are better ways to track illegal businesses and it is <br />better if the residents can store all of their possessions in a building. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Dempsey to direct <br />City Staff to draft an ordinance to eliminate the single building size restriction on <br />accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Dempsey noted that the amount of garage space <br />allowed is based on a sliding scale that starts with 1 acre or less; it may be time to <br />consider more urbanization of the scale. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Nixt, Wivoda, <br />Dempsey, Johnson, and Kociscak. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Jensen. <br /> <br />Case #3: Zoning Bulleting and Zoning News: <br /> <br />Noted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Chairperson Leo Anderson stated that he has been reviewing responses from other <br />agencies regarding Ramsey's draft comprehensive plan and it appears that there is a lot <br />work to do. Community Development Director Cindy Sherman noted that Staff is <br />working with the consultant to review the responses from other agencies and address <br />them in the Plan. It was confirmed that the next Planning Commission workshop for the <br />Comprehensive Plan is Tuesday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wivoda and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adjourn <br />the regular meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Nixt, Wivoda, <br />. Dempsey, Johnson, and Koeiscak. Voting No: None.
