CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />WALTEK, INC. <br /> <br />On ,1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Waltek, <br />Inc. CPermittee") to construct a 14,300 square foot addition to the principal building <br />("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF WALTEK PROPERTY HERE, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br /> as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Amcon Construction Company, dated <br /> ,1999. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by <br />John Oliver & Associates, Inc., dated <br />Installation of bituminous driveways and parking 1Dts. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br />bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Amcon Construction Company and dated <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL UTILITIES_. (FIND OUT FROM STEVE IF THE DEVELOPMENT <br />PERMIT SHOULD COLLECT A PAYMENT FOR SEWER AND WATER <br />EXTENSION TO THE PROPERTY. IF SO, WRITE THIS PARAGRAPH <br />ACCORDINGLY AND CALL OUT THE AMOUNT TO BE COLLECTED). <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> <br />
