Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />1999 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />1999 is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Fund as follows: <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> <br />Revenues: <br /> Interest Earnings <br /> Other Financing Sources <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$ 20,000 <br /> 100,000 <br />$120~000 <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> Personal Services <br /> Supplies <br /> Services and Charges <br /> Other Financing Uses- <br /> Operating Transfers <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br /> <br />110,356 <br />$110~356 <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 23rd day of March, 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
