Submittals <br /> <br />The proposer shall submit the following materials for evaluation: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />A statement of qualifications identifying the resumes of each member of the study teams. <br />A description of similar projects completed by members of the project team in the past <br />two to three years. <br />A brief narrative of the consultant's perspective of each element of the scope of work, <br />including an e~timate of hours, cost, and proposed schedule. <br />A description of any additions or deletions for the above outlined scope of work which <br />the proposer feels would result in a superior product. The additional costs on savings of <br />such additional or deleted work should be identified. <br /> <br />Selection Process <br /> <br />During the evaluation process, the City of Ramsey reserves the fight to request additional <br />information or clarification, or to allow corrections of errors or omission. At the discretion of the <br />City of Ramsey, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part <br />of the evaluation process. It is anticipated the selection of a firm will be completed by April 12, <br />1999. A contract will be executed between both parties following selection. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the fight to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a <br />proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected.
