On April 6, 1999, Mr. Dean Kapler <br />conducted an employee performance appraisal for Mr. Grant Riemer, and rated his performance <br />satisfactory. <br /> <br />Grant and Dean also developed a list of goals for the next twelve months, including: <br /> Increasing the public works building housekeeping standards. <br /> Provide as much input as possible on all relevant topics/opinions. <br /> Increase dialogue with Council. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on a satisfactory six-month appraisal of her performance, I recommend that Public Works <br />Supervisor Grant Riemer be retained as a regular, full-time Public Works Supervisor, effective <br />April 14, 1999. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval of the attached resolution ending the probationary period for <br />employee Grant Riemer and granting him the status of regular, full-time Public Works <br />Supervisor, effective April 14, 1999. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Public Works Director/Fire Chief <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br /> <br />Personnel File <br />Grant Riemer <br /> <br />CC 04/13/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
