Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />David Gustafson, Police Chief <br /> <br />Unclaimed Property Disposal <br /> <br />During the past 18 months, the Police Department has collected several bicycles and <br />assorted unclaimed property, either located by City employees and brought to the Public <br />Works garage, or brought to the garage as a result of calls from residents. <br /> <br />The City of Anoka is coordinating a joint city auction on May 22, 1999, at the Anoka <br />County Fair Grounds, where similar..property from other cities will be disposed of <br />according to Minnesota State Statute 471.195. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting that Council authorize the disposal of the aforementioned property at <br />the joint city auction on May 22, 1999, in accordance with the Statute. <br /> <br />/jmt <br /> <br /> <br />
