As part of thc expansion, they are replatting <br />two parcels and there is currently a drainage and utility easement on the common <br />property boundary that is to be vacated. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statue, property owners within 350 feet of the subject property <br />were notified of the April 13, 1999 heating. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Parabody/LifeFitness expansion will consolidate two parcels that are proposed to be <br />replatted. In order to accomplish this process the common boundary easement is to be <br />vacated. There are no public utilities within the easement. The following items are <br />enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Preliminary Plat with easement highlighted <br />c) Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City staff recommends that Council introduce the ordinance to vacate the utility and <br />drainage easement. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce Ordinance #99-XX to vacate certain drainage and utilitT, easements <br />in Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Community Development Assistant <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: 04/13/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
