[tO <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />April 21, 1999 <br /> <br />Colleen Rybak, Licensing Secretary <br /> <br />David Gustafson, Police Chief <br /> <br />Application for Off-Sale Liquor License - RDL Corporation <br /> <br />Diane Jane 'Resha Low has no criminal history, nor do records at the Alcohol and <br />Gambling Enforcement Division of the Depamnent of Public Safety reveal any <br />infractions, which would preclude her from lawfully being issued a liquor license. <br /> <br />She currently owns another business and holds an off-sale liquor license in another <br />jurisdiction. That jurisdiction reports no liquor law violations for the licensee. <br /> <br />The current owners of the building located at 14107 St. Francis Boulevard NW will hold <br />a Contract for Deed with the applicant, which she has properly revealed in the <br />application. <br /> <br />Liability insurance in the proper amom~ts has been bound by a company licensed to <br />operate in Minnesota. This binder is contingent upon approval of the liquor license and <br />will be effective 6n~l~he date of the new licensee's start date. <br /> <br />If the City has received the proper fee fo;-the application, it may be placed on the Council <br />agenda for a public hearing and Council consideration and approval. <br /> <br />/jmt <br /> <br /> <br />
