Mr. SJgler is proposing to <br /> construct a 5,100 square foot indoor riding arena. I-Es property is 10 acres in size and City Code <br />· allows a total of 5,264 Square feet of garage and accessory building space on the propeax'y; and no <br /> single building should exceed 4,400 square feet in size. He currently has a 1,I04 square foot <br /> attached garage and a 1,200 square foot stable, for a total of 2,304 square feet of ascessory <br /> building space. This leaves him with a remairfing accessory structure allotment of 2,960 square <br /> feet.
