Rao. <br /> <br />Mrs. Rao came to our residence at 14379 Waco St. NW, located two lots north o£their residence, <br />and explained what they were proposing to do to pmvmt further erosion of their lot. Over the past 13 <br />years that we have lived at our current address, we have witnessed how much erosion has taken place <br />at their residence. It is very apparent that the time has come for action to be taken before more erosion <br />occurs which is now endangering mature trees on She lot. The plan to ~stall riprap and landscape the <br />~ver bank that ~,s explained to us by Mrs:..Rao, which was in conceit with the material we received <br />on this hearing, has our total support and we hope, yours as well. Anyone can see the time, effort and <br />expense the Rao's have put into this project to pi-otect their inve~h~ieat.
