The plat is to be <br />named Northfork Itasca ?olaf and consists of approximately 35 acres proposed to be platted hate <br />seven single family lots and p.mr, anent open space to be deeded to the Homeowner's Association <br />in the he forrn of an 0utlot. - <br /> <br /> Citizen Input <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br /> Motion by Commissioner J'ensen, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
