Every private in-ground swimming pool or commercial <br />fishing pond shall be enclosed by a fence or wall not less than four feet high to prevent <br />uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. The exterior storage of not more than one automobile which <br />does not have a current license plate shall be considered an accessory use, but two or <br />more shall constitute an auto salvage business and shall not be permitted as an accessory <br />Bse. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Any proposed accessory building shall be located on the parcel <br />of land so as to allow for orderly future resubdivision of a parcel on which the building is <br />to be located. Prior to issuance of a building permit for the building, the applicant sh~! <br />provide the building inspector with a sketch plan showing the location of the proposed <br />building. Knee walls, cripple walls or cantilevers anywhere on the upper <br /> level (attic area) are prohibited in residential districts. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. No part of an accessory building shall ~: !ecat:d ~,:5~2nextend <br />into any drainage and utility easement or any required setback area, c*~er <br />setback wkere such except that accessory buildings may ~ be placed within five <br />feet of the rear lot property_ line when no drainage and utility easement is present. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. No accessory building shall be located nearer the front lOt line <br />than the principal building on that lot (this provision shall not apply to attached garages <br />that maintain compliance with the front yard setback). <br /> <br /> <br />
