Community Development Assistant Walther indicated the <br />Park Board amended thek recommendation to eliminate the connection that is next to Mr. <br />Mueller's property. However, Mark Boos asked that the Commission consider other possibilities <br />father noah, still in the Bowers Drive area. <br /> <br />Amendment Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Dempsey, <br />Jensen, Koc,.'scak, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner N'm-t. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner John~qon inquired regarding the issue of Commercial and High <br />Density Residential and questioned if the concerns for the zoning were that the property owners <br />may chose to go entirely Commercial on the site. Mr. Schieb indicated zoning the area Planned <br />Urban Development would provide more flexibility for the proper;~, <br /> <br />Amendment by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to amend the <br />Comprehensive Plan and add in places to stiop through Planned Urban Developments'with limited <br />small Commercial development spaces. <br /> <br />Amendment Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, lensen, <br />Dempsey, Kociscalq and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Nqort. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Terry Henrickson inquired if'the Planning Commission would be meeting <br />with City Council to discuss the Comprehensive Plan prior to approval. Chairman Anderson <br />indicated a joint meeting had not been scheduled. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Wivoda, <br />Dempsey, Jensen, and Kociscak. Voting No: None.
