Staff was directed to invite 210 commissioners, City Councilmembers, staff members <br />other citizens who volunteered their services on municipal task forces; 132 affirmed they would <br />be in attendance. At the event, eight people did not show for the dinner. <br /> <br />Listed below is a breakdown cf the bills received for the event: <br />Food <br />Majestic Oalrs Golf Club $2682.03 <br /> (Billed for 132 a..':tendees) <br /> <br /> Decorationz <br />'Natural Expressions <br /> <br /> $227.26 <br />.~. (Billed for 8 flower baskets on tak!es) <br /> <br />Thus, the expense for the dinner totaled $2909.29.
