Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-04- RESOLUTION APPROVING 7TH PARTIAL AND FINAL PAYMENT TO ENCOMM MIDWEST, LLC FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-13 (PUMPING FACILITY FOR WELL NO. 4) WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved this project on February 10, 1998; and WHEREAS, on March 24, 1998, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #98-03-054 awarding the bid to EnComm Midwest, LLC for the pumping facility for Well No. 4 (Improvement Project #98-13); and WHEREAS, City Council has approved Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $10,005.00; and WHEREAS, City Council has approved Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $17,863.00; and ...~. WltEREAS, City Council has approved Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $2,000.00; and WHEREAS, previous payments have been made to EnComm Midwest, LLC for Improvement Project #98-13 amounting to $274,999.53; and WI-IEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has'inspected the completed work and recommends final partial payment to EnComm Midwest, LLC in the amount of $14,473.66. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to EnComm Midwest, LLC for the pumping facility for Well No. 4 (Improvement Project #98-13) in the amount of $14,473.66. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of April 1999. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
