Property Description and Owner According To Anoka County Auditor Records. A perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of the following described property: That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 47 (AKA St. Francis Boulevard Northwest) and lying southerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on said centefline distant 1,083 feet northerly of the south line of said Northwest Quarter (as measured along said centerline); thence westerly. parallel with said south line to the west line of said East Half of Northwest Quarter and there terminating. Except that part described as follows: Beginning at the northeast comer of the above described tract; thence westerly parallel with the south Iine of said Northwest Quarter and along the north line of said tract 417.19 feet to a point on said north line distant 471.45 feet easterly of the west line thereof (as measured along said north line); thence southerly at a right angle 266.0 feet; thence easterly at a right angle 469.83 feet to said centerline; thence northerly along said centefline to the point of beginning.
