The <br />festival will consist of three bands starting at 2:00pm and ending by <br />0:30pm. The festival will be held at. Diamonds Sports Bar and Grill Inc. <br />located at 1'550 .'Highway '1'0 N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota §§303. The <br />festival will take place within Diamonds' perimeter fencing concentrated <br /> <br /> in the current softball field area. The estimated number of persons to <br />I attend the event is approximately 3,000 to 5,000. <br /> <br />I I <br />[ i Uetai'ed Sta,,tement of ~,,r°gram i <br /> <br />_ 4 Security will be Provided by ASia Security, the most widely knOWn and <br />I <br /> used security company fOr events resembling this and much larger venues, <br /> **including,lhe~arget Center .in Minne,apOlis. Additional security will be <br /> <br /> provided by the'Diamonds security staff as well; <br />I ~ Sanita~. facilities will be positioned outside in 2 locations to properly <br /> <br />handled the volume of people anticipated to attend the event. <br /> <br />4~ Medical facilities will be located on Diamonds premises near the building <br />'with easy access of any emergency vehicle. .. <br /> <br />Sound, lighting and staging will be provided by winge Entertainment~ <br /> <br />I '~ Fire protection will be. properly handled by Diamonds' current Fire <br /> protection system. <br />I ~ Wa/er, food & alcohol will be supplied and distributed by Diamonds' <br /> current vendors. ' <br /> <br />I ~ Parking and traffic control will be handled by the Ramsey Lions Club <br /> (See attachment A). <br /> <br /> <br />
