The estimated current expense to the City is $101.52. ,/ Generally, agenda sheets are one page, double sided. Assuming there are a minimum of 24 meetings at $0.30/page, photocopying costs would equal $7.20. v' With the average number of cases of 12 per meeting, and assuming each cover sheet for the case does not exceed two pages (or one double sided page); 12 cases per meeting ~ 24 meetings = 288 pages ~ $0.30/page= $86.40 ,/ Mailing fees are estimated at $0.33 ~ 24 meetings= $7.92. This is a conservative figure, obviously the thicker the mailing, the higher the rate for postage. III.B Increase "agenda and cover sheets" fee to $105.00/year to recover expenses City currently expends in mailing and photocopying expenses.
