I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-05- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-02 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL NORTHFORK -- SUBSEQUENT ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-02-028 on February 9, 1999, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and crack fill Northfork - subsequent additions (Improvement Project #99-02) and; WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the heating was held on March 9, 1999, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WltEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing.
