I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-05- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-03 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL RIVENWlCK AND RIVENWlCK 2ND ADDITION)' WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-02-029 on February 9, I999, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and crack fill Rivenwick and Rivenwick 2nd Addition (Improvement Project #99-03) and; WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given, and the heating was held on March 9, 1999, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 9, 1999. 2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 1 lth day of May, 1999.
