I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #99-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-03 (SEALCOAT AND <br />CRACK FILL RIVENWlCK AND RIVENWlCK 2ND ADDITION)' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-02-029 on February 9, <br />I999, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and <br />crack fill Rivenwick and Rivenwick 2nd Addition (Improvement Project #99-03) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was <br />given, and the heating was held on March 9, 1999, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 9, 1999. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 1 lth day of May, 1999. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
