10 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DELETING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-08 (BITUMINOUS <br />OVERLAY RUM ACRE ESTATES) FROM THE 1999 STREET MAINTENANCE <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-02-034 on February 9, <br />1999, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to bituminous <br />overlay Rum Acre Estates (Improvement Project #99-08) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the heating was held on March 9, 1999, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that this project should be delayed in <br />order to be coordinated with a storm sewer project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Improvement Project #99-08 is hereby deleted fi:om the 1999 Street Maintenance <br /> Program to be considered again with the 2000 Street Maintenance Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 1 lth day of May, 1999. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
