I have several comments. Yes, the <br />property value will go down. I have talked to <br />realtors about when the road goes through will <br />the value go down. And at least if you live <br />right on the road, Sunwood, it will go down at <br />least $10,000. As far as the school, I have a <br />comment about that also. I talked to the <br />principal here, and he said they're told every <br />year that Ramsey limits the growth to 300 new <br />homes.
