The next thing you know we get a letter <br />saying, "This is proposed. This is proposed. <br />This is proposed." And we go up there and we <br />can't do anything, and all he can do is roll <br />his eyes at us, and make us feel like we're <br />some idiots because he didn't know our -- the <br />point is, none of us want this. Why do you <br />need to continue to have meetings and waste <br />our time? We don't want it. <br /> <br /> LARRY BAKKEN: Okay.
