I think we <br />should propose to the council -- and they're <br />not going to hear us tonight, but they're <br />going to hear it in a week and hear my <br />comments. I think we should propose to have <br />low income housing, but to buy. I think we <br />can get a habitat for humanity in here to <br />provide programs for these people to help them <br />pay for their mortgage; help them to learn a <br />trade, a career. Something that will benefit <br />them once they're in these homes. And I don't <br />perceive you're doing that with your tenants. <br />I think we can get something else in there <br />that will turn these people's lives around to <br />build them a better life.
