My plea
would be we're going to have many children in
ball, many neighborhood children coming to the
park, having to cross a busy road to get to
this park.

I realize we have a proposed trail
going to the area, but the proposed trail is
on the north side of the road and the park is
on the south side of the road. And to me,

that does not make sense. I would plea with
you to find another way. Find a way for

another -- for the safety of our children
going to the park for all the T-ball games
that are going to be up at the park. All
these children are going to have to cross
County Road 5 traveling to the park.

LARRY BAKKEN: The park. I think
they've heard you. The woman with the red
hair and the pink sweater.

RESIDENT: The question I have is,
once again, was the safety, like this lady
over here was talking about, on this road.
Where I lived before, they put speed bumps up
and cars were still going 60 miles an hour.

ADAMS COURT REPORTING (6.12) 421-2486
