My observation is that every <br />morning as I drive to work, I come out 149th, <br />and the traffic is stacked up on 47, as it is <br />now. And people take whatever route they can <br />get through to get through that area in a <br />hurry. They cut through behind the bank, <br />behind the city of Ramsey city hall. Anyway <br />they can, they cut through the Rivers Bend <br />shopping area. So the extension of this would <br />be another avenue that cars will cut through <br />to get to work. And it's going to happen. We <br />don't want this. And I -- I can only think <br />that we have old city residents here, we do <br />not want our quality life deteriorated. <br /> <br />That's why we moved here to begin with. <br /> <br />(Audience applause.) <br /> <br /> LARRY BAKKEN: <br /> <br /> RESIDENT: <br /> <br /> everyone's opinion. <br /> <br /> Okay.
