My observation is that every <br />morning as I drive to work, I come out 149th, <br />and the traffic is stacked up on 47, as it is <br />now. And people take whatever route they can <br />get through to get through that area in a <br />hurry. They cut through behind the bank, <br />behind the city of Ramsey city hall. Anyway <br />they can, they cut through the Rivers Bend <br />shopping area. So the extension of this would <br />be another avenue that cars will cut through <br />to get to work. And it's going to happen. We <br />don't want this.
