That the Permittee shall provide the City with a copy of the annual inspection report <br />required by the Cat Fanciers' Association or an annual inspection report prepared by a <br />licensed veterinarian. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be allowed to display a sign on the Subject Property for the <br />purpose of identifying the existence of the cattery business.
