REQUP~T FOR, PROPOSAL CSAH 116 snd CR 116 Access and Corridor Study From CSAH ? to TH 4? The Anoka County Highway Department in conjunction with the City of Anoka .and the City of Ramsey is seeking commltant services for thc development of an aca:e~ and corridor study ~'or CSAH 116 and CK 116. The consultant selected for this project would provide assistance in traffic engineering and in the development ora transportation plan for the management of access and highway improvements on thi.q s0gment of highway. If interested in this project, please document your response in the form of a technical proposal. Outlined below is the project Request for Proposal. This request for proposal does not obligate Anoka County to complete the project and it reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered to be in its best interest. SCOPE OF PROJECT This project will require the consultant to study and develop a corridor plan that will be used by Anoka County, City of Anoka~fwd~~ ~ the_de, cision-maldng and planning of the ore,ration and development ~ ~xt~' ~ ..'- ,'. ~.~ ~.;~~~:~.~ · , '. ~, .~:~-~.~' 7~f~g and likely land uses along the study segment, development of guidelines and recommendations for managing access along the corridor, aml identifying de~ig~ improvements for intersections and roadway segments. Environmental impacts ami constraints will also be ide~tifiext. Tho fixml report will summarizo the study findings, prepare cost estimate~, ard make reconana~ndations for policies and implemmt~fian. The report will be distributed to *.be Anoka County, City of Anoks, City of Ramsey, and Metropolitan Council for comment prior to finaliTation. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES The goal ofthls project is to provide a final report that will include the dam gathered, documentation on the development of the alterrm_ ..fives and their analysis, and any other materials, information and conclusions found in the work plan snmmari~d above in the project scope.
