Property Description and Owner According To Anoka County Auditor Records. A perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of the following described property: ::. That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as beginning at the intersection of the south line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as now laid out and traveled, said point of intersection being 234.97 feet west of the southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence west on the south line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance of 490.25 feet; thence north at a fight angle a distance of 466.70 feet; thence east, assumed bearing, on a line parallel with the south line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance of 420.71 feet to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No.' 47; thence South 11 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East on said centerline a distance of 251.38 feet; thence southeasterly along said centerline on a curve to the right having a radius of 1,145.92 feet and a central angle of I 1 degrees 04 minutes 22 seconds a distance of 221.46 feet to the point of beginning.
