A perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of the following described property: That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minaesota lying westerly of the centefline of Trunk Highway No. 47 (AKA St. Francis Boulevard Northwest) and lying southerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on said centerline distant 1,093 feet northerly of the south line of said Northwest Quarter (as measured along said centerline); thence westerly. parallel with said south line to the west line of said East Half of Northwest Quarter and there terminating.
