This project will have a couple of issues, which will require some <br />lead time if the actual construction is to be completed in the target year 2000. These <br />issues include (1) reviewing the wetland mitigation requirements for crossing DNR <br />protected Wetland 673W, located immediately west of C.R. #57; (2) addressing any <br />concerns of IffPCA wh/ch has the responsibility of monitoring and managing the <br />groundwater contamination remediation project which involves the groundwater beneath <br />the right-of-way.
