In order to meet the maintenance costs which results from continued use of these <br />facilities, a per event, non-refundable fee is charged for ail reservations of the facilities, <br />except for the following groups/function: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Governmental functions <br />Senior citizen groups <br />Youth or youth oriented groups (Boy or Girl Scouts, P, YAA) <br /> <br />DRAFT I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />This rate The per event, non-refundable fee will be based on a resident versus non- <br />resident basis and will be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council resolution. No <br />permit is confirmed until permit fee is paid (.first come -first served), <br /> <br />Keys may be issued for access to the facilities with a key deposit that is refundable upon <br />return of the key. This deposit will be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council <br />resolution. Transfer of the key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys <br />cannot be duplicated w;..~,;~.. ,.c.;.;~ ~^,; ...... ;, ..... ~ ;~ ,-,.~e~;~ ..... e ...... ~ .... ;, ~...~ <br /> <br />Refundable damage deposits will be charged to all groups using the facilities. This <br />deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection after the event. Violations of any <br />rules of this policy may result in forfeiture of all deposit money, the termination of the <br />event, a.nd loss 0f0pportunity to use the facility in the future, Groups entering into one- <br />year leases or renting a facility for more than one event can roll the damage deposit <br />forward until termination of the lease or the end of the scheduled events. This deposit <br />will be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council resolution. It is the responsibility <br />of the group utilizing the facility to clean up the area used, to lock all doors, and turn off <br />all lights before leaving the facility. The need for additional cleaning or other <br />maintenance could result in the City's retention of ali or part of the damage deposit. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br />el <br /> i <br /> <br />HOURS OF USE <br /> <br />The facilities may be used by organized groups and the general public between the hours <br />of 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m, to <br />5:00 p.m. No rental is offered on State recognized holidays. Access is limited to the <br />period of the time reserved, <br /> <br />USE OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />Chairs and tables may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not <br />moved from room to room All furniture and equipment should be used for its intended <br />purpose. If some furniture is in use prior to and during the event, it may not be used at <br />the event (e.g., a table holding a display or appliances many not be used for some other <br />purpose). <br /> <br />Trash should be placed in. designated containers, <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
