Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Note: Councilmember Haas Steffen has resigned from Council <br />due to an appointment to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Jan Gallagher, Anoka County Assessor <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reconvened the Board of Review meeting at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Anoka County Assessor Jan Gallagher reported the following: <br /> <br />Richard Borchard, 5715 - 148th Lane NW, Ramsey (26-32-25-11-0002) - decrease in <br />valuation from $92,500 to $89,500 - $3,000 adjustment on the land portion. <br /> <br />Richard Eliason, 5221 - 147th Circle NW, Ramsey (25-32-25-21-0032) - decrease in <br />valuation from $169,200 to $161,000. <br /> <br />Terry Hendriksen, 15631 Ramsey Boulevard NW, Ramsey (22-32-25-22-0010) - <br />decrease in valuation from $142,600 to $135,000. The adjustment was on the land <br />portion. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to reduce the value <br />on the parcels of Borchard ($3,000) and Eliason ($8,200) as recommended by the County <br />Assessor. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Garnet and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to reduce the <br />value on Mr. Hendriksen's parcel ($7,600) as recommended by the County Assessor. <br /> <br />Board of Review/April 27, 1999 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
