The Landscape Plan complies with the 20 foot wide landscape requirement along Sunwood <br />Drive. Staff has recommended that the Landscape Plan be modified to provide more trees along <br />Sunwood to maintain an established pattern in that corridor, and the addition of side yard trees to <br />obscure dock activity. <br /> <br />The Lighting Plan complies with City Code requirements. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment will be hearing the variance case at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8 and <br />the Planning Commission will convene immediately after the Board of Adjustment to consider <br />the site plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City staff is recommending Board of Adjustment approval of the variance, and Planning <br />Commission and City Council approval of the site plan contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff Review Letter dated June 3, 1999. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve the proposed site plan for Knoll Properties contingent upon compliance w/th <br />the City Staff Review Letter dated June 3, 1999. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Community Development Director <br />Community Development Assistant <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: 06/08/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
