/~CASE #: ~ <br /> <br />END PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br />LEE HOLLOM <br /> By: Joyce Pruitt Hottinger, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Lee Hollom assumed the position of Public Works Maintenance Worker on November 16, 1998, <br />and his six-month probationary period date will be June 16, 1999. A written performance <br />appraisal has been prepared, indicating satisfactory performance for Mr. Hollom. Public Works <br />Director/Fire Chief Kapler and Public Works (Street Maintenance) Supervisor Grant Reimer will <br />be reviewing the written performance appraisal with Mr. Hollom within the next few days. At <br />that time, goals will be developed with Mr. Hollom. The written performance appraisal includes <br />satisfactory performance for Mr. Hollom. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on a satisfactory six-month appraisal of his performance, I recommend that Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Lee Hollom be retained as a regular, full-time employee, effective June 16, <br />1999. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to recommend approval of the attached reso}ul~ion ending the probationary periOd for <br />Public Works Maintenance Worker Lee Hollom and granting him the status of regular, full-time <br />employee, effective June 16, 1999. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Public Works Director/Fire Chief <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br /> <br />Personnel File <br />Lee Hollom <br /> <br />CC 06/08/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
