ORDINANCE #11- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-349 (ACCESSORY USES AND <br />BUILDINGS) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTON 2 AMENDMENTS <br />City Code Section 117-349 is amended as follows (additions indicated as underline, deletions <br />indicated as A&ii tZ g1) <br />Sec. 117-349. - Accessory uses and buildings. <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />Sport courts and other impervious surfaces must meet the minimum setbacks <br />established for accessory buildings in section 117-111 unless otherwise specified by <br />this Code. <br />Every commercial fishing pond shall be enclosed by a fence or wall not less than four <br />feet high to prevent uncontrolled access by small children. <br />Swimming pools and spas (also see chanter 105. article III). <br />(1) <br />Setback requirements. <br />a. <br />Swimming pools and spas shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from <br />all adjoining lots. For comer lots, swimming pools and spas shall meet <br />the required side yard setback for buildings in the applicable zoning <br />district (section 117-111(d)). Swimming pools and spas may not extend <br />closer to the front lot line of the parcel than the principal structure <br />
