CSAH 8 Landscape Plan for City of Hugo <br />Hugo, Minnesota <br />Feel of redevelopment plans along <br />CSAH 8 <br />Landscape plan and gateway <br />into downtown Hugo along <br />CSAH 8 and its re -alignment <br />that is changing the traffic flow <br />through downtown Hugo. <br />Worked directly with City Council <br />and Planning Commission <br />throughout the design process. <br />Created trail linkages, <br />pedestrian -friendly streetscapes, <br />improved traffic flow, better <br />access to existing businesses <br />and homes and scenic linkages <br />to and from downtown Hugo. <br />Landform also designed the <br />Hugo Downtown Plan. <br />2008 Plan Completion <br />
