Landform provides general <br />planning support, including <br />development review and <br />responding to resident inquiries <br />as well as developing the City <br />Zoning and Land Use maps in <br />ArcGIS format. <br />Monitor other programs such as <br />Agricultural Preserve status and <br />Development Rights counts, and <br />process the requests for changes <br />to all of the above. <br />In addition to the on -going <br />review of development <br />applications, Landform also <br />prepared a new Zoning <br />Ordinance and Subdivision <br />Ordinance for the City. <br />The Zoning Ordinance contained <br />many new elements including <br />design guidelines for the urban <br />areas of the community.
