The Comprehensive Plan will <br />focus on a balanced land use <br />plan that integrates natural <br />resource preservation, compact <br />urbanized growth, and rural <br />development. <br />Plan includes infrastructure, land <br />use, and open space planning <br />to comprehensively address the <br />future needs of the community. <br />Public participation was <br />encouraged in the process by <br />offering a series of public open <br />houses, a community survey, <br />and opening all Advisory Panel <br />worksessions for feedback and <br />input. <br />The Plan is being updated as <br />mandated by the Metropolitan <br />Council's 2008 directive. <br />2008 Completion <br />Medina Comprehensive <br />Plan Update <br />Medina, Minnesota <br />for City of Medina <br />II' Eli <br />Mg!
