SECTION 3: PROFESSIONAL STAFF <br />Suonlementary Planning Staff <br />Tom Goodrum, Director of Planning Services <br />Mr. Goodrum oversees all planning work performed by MFRA and would assist Ben when <br />necessary to provide the City of Ramsey with the highest degree of service. In the event <br />Ben is unavailable to attend a meeting, Tom would be the City's back up planner. Tom <br />understands the dynamics which exist in a suburban developing community like Ramsey <br />thanks to his experiences in Minnetonka and Shakopee. Additionally, his experiences as a <br />City Planner for Carver County, Independence, Maple Plain, and St Bonifacious gives him a <br />broad perspective in development types and methodologies. <br />Pat Smith, AICP <br />Mr. Pat Smith is an accredited planner with over 11 years of municipal planning experi- <br />ence. He would be a secondary backup planner for Ramsey in the unlikely event that Ben <br />or Tom would not be available. His experiences in the suburbs of Richfield and Chaska <br />would benefit any projects in Ramsey, as would his background in historic preservation and <br />economic development <br />Organizational Chart <br />Ben Gozola is proposed to be the Citys main contact for all services provided by MFRA and will report directly to <br />Mr. Gladhill.
