SECTION 9: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br />Variance: 115 Clay Cliffe Drive <br />City Council Report; 11-11-08 <br />Council <br />Options: <br />Recommended <br />The City Council has the following options: <br />A) DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE A RESOLUTION APPROVING one or <br />more of the requests based on the applicant's submittals and findings of fact. <br />B) DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE A RESOLUTION DENYING one or more of <br />the requests (based on the applicant's submittals and findings of fact). <br />C) TABLE THE ITEMS and request additional information <br />By code, a 4/5 vote of the City Council is necessary to approve these requests. The <br />60-day review period for this application expires on 12-9-08, but can be extended an <br />additional 60 days if more time is needed. <br />Staff would recommend the following conditions be placed on any approvals granted <br />Conditions: by the City: <br />1.
