She said there are significant vacancies and starting orientation <br />with newly elected officials will be helpful. Councilmember McGlone stated he has concerns <br />with the rest of it and would like to make changes. City Attorney Goodrich noted the motion <br />was moved by a majority, which prevails. Discussion took place regarding the candidates and <br />how they were chosen. <br />Councilmember Elvig called the question to stop debate. <br />Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Wise, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Backous, McGlone, and <br />Tossey.
